MOUSSE SALAD 
12 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. almond flavoring
2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
Slivered almonds
Fruit

Orange segments, strawberries, kiwi fruit, orange, other fruit you like.

Mix cream cheese and flavoring in blender until smooth. Put water, lemon juice and sugar in saucepan. Sprinkle with gelatin and heat until gelatin disappears. Add this hot mixture gradually to cheese and blend. Pour into 1 quart mold (which has been greased with salad dressing). Chill overnight. Unmold and garnish with fruit and almonds.
