1 head cabbage
1/4 head red cabbage
2 sm. cucumbers
4-5 radishes
1 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 pkgs. Good Seasons Italian Dressing
Salad oil

Shred cabbage, cucumbers and radishes. (Leave peels on cucumbers and radishes.) Mix together in a bowl. Make dressing according to package directions. Mix dressing with salad and chill. Add cheese just before serving.
