BREAKFAST SANDWICHES 
8 slices bread, buttered
1 lb. bulk sausage, fried, scrambled and drained
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk

Place 4 slices bread, buttered side down. In square baking dish spread sausage evenly on bread. Cover with 4 slices of bread, butter side up. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of bread. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over sandwich, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove and let set to almost room temperature and bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350. Reduce heat to 300 for 10 minutes or until set. Serves 4.
