BREAKFAST OPEN-FACED SANDWICH 
4 English muffins, split & toasted
16 slices bacon
8 slices pineapple
8 slices Swiss cheese

Fry bacon over medium heat, drain. Place muffins on a broiler grid. Place 2 slices of bacon on each half. Top with a slice of pineapple then cheese slice. Broil until cheese melts.
