OPEN FACED CORNBEEF SANDWICH 
1 can corn beef, cold
1 lg. onion, sweet
1 package square American cheese
6 slices of bread
Mustard

Slice corn beef while it's cold (1/4 inch thick).

First slice of bread, slice of corn beef, cover with mustard, then slice of onion, then slice of cheese. Put under broiler to melt cheese. Let it get brown in spots and bubble up. Cut in half and eat.

Makes 6 sandwiches.
