HAM BREAKFAST SANDWICH 
1 oz. light cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. apricot spreadable fruit
2 tsp. plain nonfat yogurt
6 slices raisin bread
Lettuce leaves
6 oz. low salt ham thin
6 apple rings

Combine cheese, spreadable fruit and yogurt in small bowl. Spread on bread. To make each sandwich, place lettuce on 1 slice of bread. Top with 2 slices ham, 1 apple ring and another slice of bread.

Makes 3 sandwiches.
