HONEYED BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 c. honey
3/4 tsp. salt
Sliced fruit or berries

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Place 10 inch square by 3 inch deep ovenproof casserole or skillet into oven to heat for 5 minutes.

3. Mix eggs, milk, flour, honey and salt until well blended.

4. Place butter into hot pan. When melted add blended egg mixture.

5. Bake for 25 minutes or until fluffy and brown. Serve with berries.
