HEALTHFUL BREAKFAST "DANISH" 
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped dates or raisins or other dried fruit
1/4 c. nuts and seeds
1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Grated orange peel
Whole grain bread or English muffins

Mix cheese spread ingredients together. Spread on bread. Place on cookie sheet. Broil until bubbly.
