BREAKFAST POCKET SANDWICHES 
4 pkg. budding type luncheon meat
3 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 grated cheese
3/4 c. fine chopped onion, opt.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, oil and milk together in mixing bowl separate and roll into 6 equal sized balls, roll or press into large circles on baking sheet. Chop meat and divide between six dough circles place each portion of meat on 1/2 of each circle do same with onion and cheese. Fold circles over to cover and press edges. Bake 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
