SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
Few gr. cayenne
1/2 c. liquid (salmon juice)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove bone from salmon. Blend together salmon and all other ingredients except bread crumbs. Then add bread crumbs. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
