SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild bulk sausage
6 slices white bread, crust removed
Softened butter
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Make day before and refrigerate in 13x9x2 Pyrex dish.

Fry sausage; drain. Butter bread and cut in cubes. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Good with orange juice and bran muffins for breakfast. A good company dish.
