COMPANY BREAKFAST, EGG AND
SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. bulk hot sausage
6 slices white bread, cut off crust
Softened butter
1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 can Pet milk and enough reg. milk to make 2 c.
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook sausage, drain; butter, bread and then cube. Place cubes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle sausage over top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over bread, etc., in a casserole dish. Refrigerate for 8 hours.

Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes. Perfect with fruit and coffee cake.

Makes 8 servings.
