SAUSAGE & EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 sliced white bread, remove crusts
Soft butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. Half & Half cream (1 pt.)
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook and drain sausage. Butter bread - place butter side down in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients, beat well. Pour over bread, sausage and cheese. Chill 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. If using glass dish, bake at 325 degrees.
