SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY | |
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen carrots, cauliflower & broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c. sour cream 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 1 can Durkee's onion rings 1/4 tsp. pepper Thaw and drain vegetables. Mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, 1/2 can onion rings and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and 1/2 can onion rings over vegetables. Bake uncovered another 5 minutes. |
