HONEY LEMON CHICKEN 
2 to 4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
2 or 3 tbsp. butter
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1 tsp. thyme
2 med. onions, peeled & quartered
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cut chicken into serving pieces. Wash chicken and while wet, coat with bread crumbs. Melt butter and brown chicken in frying pan. In a saucepan heat broth. Add honey, lemon juice and thyme. Place chicken in an oven casserole. Add onion and broth mixture. Cover and bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Season to taste.
