SOUTH OF THE BORDER HAM TACO | |
2-3 cup fresh chopped ham 1 cup Pace Salsa 1 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup jalapenos (or to taste) Coat ham in salsa, simmer in skillet with onions until salsa cooks into ham, and onions are golden brown. Drain jalapenos, then add to ham. Stir together, then steam tortilla until soft, then add fixings and enjoy! Submitted by: Haley |
