| SOUTH OF THE BORDER HAM TACO | |

2-3 cup fresh chopped ham 1 cup Pace Salsa 1 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup jalapenos (or to taste) Coat ham in salsa, simmer in skillet with onions until salsa cooks into ham, and onions are golden brown.
