1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs
2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, sour cream and vanilla and mix well. Mix in flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Grease 9"x13" baking pan and pour 1/2 batter into pan. Sprinkle 1/2 topping mixture on; then pour on remaining batter. Sprinkle remaining topping on mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
