6 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. + 1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix butter with 1 cup sugar, until blended, beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir flour with baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Blend with creamed mixture. Mix in sour cream. Pour batter into greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Scatter chips over batter, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan.
