CHOCO - DOT PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 lb. can (2 c.) pumpkin
1 1/2 c. Kellogg's 40% Bran flakes
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 c. flour (all-purpose)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. nuts

1. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, spice and sugar. Set aside.

2. Beat eggs until foamy. Add pumpkin, vegetable oil and 40% Bran Flakes. Mix well. Add dry ingredients mixing only until combined. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts. Spread evenly in ungreased 10 x 4 inch tube pan.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan. Drizzle with confectioners' sugar glaze.
