ECLAIR CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs
3 c. milk

Melt 1 stick of butter in 1 cup of water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup of flour to the mixture. Form into ball. Drop in 4 eggs, one at a time. Mix well. Spread on bottom of lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened & whip
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
Hershey's syrup

To the above mixture, add 3 cups of milk, a little at a time. Whip until slightly thickened. Spread over cooled puff. Cover with 8 oz. Cool Whip. Drizzle with Hershey's syrup.

Puff can be made the day before.
