ECLAIR DESSERT 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Boil water and butter. Add flour and stir until it leaves side of pan. Add eggs, one at a time, beating by hand until mixed. Spread in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. cold milk
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding

Beat cream cheese and cold milk until smooth. Add pudding and mix well. Pour on crust.

TOPPING:

1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup

Spread with Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate until serving.
