EGG AND SAUSAGE SOUFFLE | |
1 c. Bisquick baking mix 2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 6 eggs, beaten slightly 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, browned and drained 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Makes 6 servings. |
