ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/8 tsp. salt
1 lb. carrots, scraped, thin sliced

Place butter in 1 quart casserole: microwave at high 50 seconds or until melted. Add brown sugar and next 3 ingredients (o.j., lemon rind and salt), stirring well. Cover with lid and microwave 6-8 minutes until tender, stirring after 3 minutes. Serve with slotted spoon. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
