BROCCOLI SUPREME 
2 lbs. fresh cooked broccoli
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Salt & pepper to taste (I omit salt)
1 can chicken mushroom soup
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. sour cream

Drain cooked broccoli, cut into pieces. Combine eggs, soup, mayonnaise, onion, sour cream and little packet of spices from the cornbread stuffing mix. Add to broccoli and pour into 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Melt butter and mix with stuffing crumbs, spread over cheese topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If cooking in a glass dish, reduce 25 degrees.

I always buy 4 pounds of broccoli to make up for waste on the tough ends.
