CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (3-4 lb.) fryer
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
1 box chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing

Boil and debone fryer. Mix mushroom soup, chicken soup and sour cream. Cook frozen broccoli as directed on package. Cook Stove Top stuffing as directed on box.

Layer as follows in a 9x12 inch baking dish: broccoli, soup and sour cream mixture, chicken, Stove Top stuffing. Bake for approximately 35 minutes until hot and stuffing is brown.
