CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, 2 1/2 or 3 lbs. 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1 med. onion, chopped 1/4 c. butter 1 box chicken flavored stuffing mix (I use Stove Top Stuffing) Cook chicken, remove bone. Mix soup, sour cream and onion with chicken. Place in greased dish or spray with PAM (7 1/2 x 11 3/4 dish). Prepare stuffing according to package directions, using 1/4 cup butter and place on top of chicken. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (until bubbly). |
