CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 carrot, diced
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk
1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1/2 stick butter

Boil chicken until well done; reserve 1 3/4 cup broth. Cut chicken into small pieces and place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with onions and celery; top with diced carrot. Heat soup and milk until warm. Spread one box dry Stove Top stuffing mix over the soup mixture. Then heat the chicken broth with 1/2 stick butter until butter is melted. Pour over the stuffing mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until as brown as you like. Cover for first 30 minutes of baking, uncovered, for remaining time.
