VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. block Velveeta cheese
1 bag frozen broccoli (16 oz.)
1 bag frozen cauliflower (16 oz.)
1 bag frozen baby carrots (16 oz.)
1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) French fried onion rings

Cook broccoli and cauliflower in microwave. Cook carrots on stove. Melt cheese and butter in microwave.

Combine all vegetables in baking dish. Combine melted cheese, butter and cream of mushroom soup. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, then add fried onion rings and bake another 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
