PERFECT WHITE BREAD 
6 c. bread flour
1 pkg. yeast
2 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. DO NOT KNEAD. Let rise until double. Punch down and turn on floured surface. Knead until smooth. Shape in 2 loaves. Place in greased loaf pans. Let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown, brush top with butter.
