2 boxes lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. onion, chopped fine
1 c. carrots, chopped fine
1 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. radish, chopped fine
1 pt. cottage cheese, drained
1/2 c. salad dressing

Dissolve the Jello in hot water. Let cool. When starting to set, add the rest of the ingredients. Place in a mold or oblong dish and chill. Be sure the cottage cheese is drained completely.
