CONFETTI MACARONI SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. or 2 c. elbow macaroni
1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, diced
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) diced Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Lettuce

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Combine macaroni, luncheon meat, cheese, green pepper, and onion; stir well, and chill.

Combine mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, and salt; pour over macaroni salad, and toss well. Serve salad in a lettuce-lined bowl. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
