10 potatoes, cooked & sliced
3/4 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped red onion
Dash salt
2/3 c. real mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients. Mix lightly and chill. You may like to add a few caraway seeds. Serves 8-10.
