MANDEL BREAD 
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Blend oil and sugar. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Combine flour with baking powder and chocolate chips. Stir into egg mixture until thoroughly mixed. Add vanilla; blend well.

Shape dough into 3 equal thick strips on ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Remove and cut crosswise into 1/2" thick slices. Return to oven. Turn heat up to 400 degrees until slices are toasty and browned.
