MANDEL BREAD 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Beat eggs. Add sugar. Add 3/4 cup flour. Add baking powder. Add oil. Add 3/4 cup flour. Add remainder of ingredients. Form 2 loaves. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into slices.
