ZIPPY CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots, cut in lengthwise strips and cooked 6 minutes

SAUCE:

1/4 c. liquid from cooking carrots
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

1/2 c. fine bread or cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of paprika

Lay cooked carrot strips in a greased square baking dish. Mix sauce ingredients and spread evenly over carrots. Sprinkle topping mixture on top. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
