AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1/2 green pepper
2 stalks celery
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 can tomato soup
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes

Fry onion, green pepper and celery slightly, then add ground beef and partially cook; add cooked macaroni, soup and tomatoes. Use bacon fat for frying and let simmer, this gives a good flavor.
