DIPPER'S DREAM 
1/3 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. tomato juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
2 tbsp. finely chopped radishes
3 tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 oz. thinly sliced green onion (2 tbsp.)
1 tsp. poppy seeds

In blender combine cottage cheese, lemon juice and tomato juice. Run at medium speed 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Transfer to bowl; add egg, vegetables and poppy seeds. Chill. Makes one serving. Serve with dippers of cucumber sticks, raw zucchini slices, green pepper sticks, celery, etc.
