Grind or put through blender 1 package of pecan sandies. Put half of crumbs in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Save remainder for topping. 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, can use larger package 3 egg whites, room temperature 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice Beat the above on high speed for 15 minutes (use large bowl). Fold in 1 large container of Cool Whip. Put beaten mixture over crumbs and cover with remaining crumbs. Put in freezer. Remove 10 minutes before serving. (Serves 15 to 18). |
