OLD FASHIONED MACARONI & CHEESE 
2 c. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Corn Flake crumbs

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Mix white sauce as follows: Melt 2 tablespoons over low heat, blend in 1 tablespoon of flour, cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute. Mix Cheddar cheese in white sauce and mix in macaroni. Put in an ungreased casserole dish. Melt remaining butter, mix in Corn Flake crumbs. Sprinkle on macaroni and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
