BLUEBERRY KUCHEN 
1 egg plus milk to equal a cup
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. can blueberry pie filling

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Put egg in 1 cup measure and beat a little. Add milk to total 1 cup. Mix again. Add sugar and shortening. Cream in bowl. Add dry ingredients; mix. Spread into large, flat jelly roll pan (10 x 15 inch). Spread pie filling over the top. Mix ingredients for Streusel Topping and sprinkle over top of filling. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
