“FRUIT MOLD” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  GRANOLA BARS

FRUIT MOLD 
2 tablespoonfuls cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup unsweetened fruit juice
1 tablespoonful granulated gelatin
1/2 cup pitted red cherries
1/2 cup seedless white grapes
1/4 cup diced pineapple
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup honey

Drain all juice from fruit. Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Cool. Combine all ingredients. Chill in ring mold. Turn out onto a cold dish.

Fill center with whipped cream.

Cooks Note: Always heat fresh pineapple to scalding point, and cool before adding to any gelatin combination.
