1 (16 oz.) jar non-dairy creamer
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 qt.) box nonfat dry milk
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (2 lb.) box instant chocolate drink powder

Mix all ingredients well. Use 1/3 cup of this mixture for 1 cup of cocoa. Just add hot water.
