JESUS BIRTHDAY CAKE 
1 angel food cake (slice in 3 layers)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
2 cartons whipping cream

Drain thawed strawberries, reserve the syrup. Dissolve the Jello in the hot water. Add the strawberry juice. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Add strawberries. Chill until almost set. Stir. Place 1/2 of the Jello mixture on bottom layer of angel food cake. Top with second layer. Then top with other half of Jello mixture. Top with remaining layer of the cake. Ice cake with sweetened whipped cream. Use 1 red birthday candle for each person present. Sing "Happy Birthday to Jesus" on Christmas. Serve.
