CARAMEL CORN 
5 to 6 qt. popped popcorn set aside in lg. roasting pan
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

In heavy sauce pan, mix sugar, syrup and butter. Bring to boil and let boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla, salt and baking soda. Blend well and pour over popped popcorn. Mix well. Place corn in 250 degree oven for 40 minutes. Stir occasionally from bottom of pan. Spread on sheet of wax paper. Let cool. Store in covered container.

Won't last long it smells so good.
