CHEESE SQUARES 
2 cans crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, separated

Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.

Place 1 can crescent rolls on ungreased cookie sheet, pinch seams together, spread with cheese mixture. Top with second can of crescent rolls. Brush top with egg white. Bake 350 degrees, 20 minutes or until brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
