1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 2 c. Bisquick 1 c. chopped walnuts 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. white sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 4 tsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat brown sugar and butter until fluffy. Stir in Bisquick and walnuts until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into pan and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese and sugar, then beat in remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread over warm crust and sprinkle topping on. Bake at 350 degrees until firm, approximately 25 minutes. |
