BANANA CAKE 
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar

Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt together. Add salad oil, buttermilk and bananas. Beat until it forms a very smooth batter. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until thick and foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until well blended. Fold egg mixture thoroughly into batter. Pour into two 8-inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
