UNSTUFFED PEPPERS | |
12 peppers 1 c. bread crumbs 1 (4.25 oz.) can chopped olives 1 clove garlic 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Parsley, salt, and pepper to taste Cooking oil as needed Wash and slice peppers. Saute in oil. Remove peppers from pan. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 2 minutes, the add peppers. Serve. This is very attractive if red and green peppers are used. |
