UNSTUFFED PORK CHOPS | |
6 thick pork chops Garlic salt 1 (7 oz.) bag onion stuffing mix 1 1/3 c. water 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup Brown pork chops. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Combine water and butter in saucepan and bring to boil. Add stuffing mix. Mix until moistened. Place stuffing on bottom of greased 9x13 inch glass pan. Place pork chops on top of stuffing. Combine mushroom soup and milk until creamy and pour over pork chops. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes. |
