STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk
1 c. dressing mix
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 egg
(Hot water to moisten)

Mix dressing, celery, mushrooms, egg and hot water to moisten, but not wet. Open pocket in pork chops with thin sharp knife. Fill pockets with dressing mix. Place the rest of dressing in flat baking dish. Place pork chops on top, pour blended soup and milk over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until brown and done.
